Our residential construction experience spans more than 20 years, beginning in Sydney where we worked across granny flats, extensions, renovations and custom homes.
That experience created a strong foundation in quality construction, practical problem-solving and attention to detail.

As demand for secondary dwellings increased, we recognised an opportunity to do things differently.
Rather than treating granny flats as an additional service alongside traditional residential construction, we chose to specialise.
After relocating to the Sunshine Coast, it became clear that homeowners were looking for experienced builders who understood the unique requirements of granny flat construction and could provide a straightforward, professional building experience.
